WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • You’ll need to be 16 years or older and not in full-time education already, to join one of our apprenticeship programmes, however there no age limit to an apprentice.
  • Commitment and dedication We’re looking for individuals who are willing to put in hard-work, time and effort into learning as much as possible.
  • Bring yourself. You’ll be encouraged to be you; you’ll be appreciated for your individuality and supported to be the very best that you can be.

RECRUITMENT TIMELINE

  • STEP 1: Submit online application Submit the form with clear answers that showcase your achievements. Although AI is widely used, please avoid using it for the killer questions. Please ensure you meet the criteria to apply
  • STEP 2: Assessment Centre The face to face assessment centre is designed to see if you have the strengths for the role and for you to see if Parker Meggitt is right for you
  • STEP 3: Interview If you are successful at the assessment centre, you will be invited to a face to face interview.
  • STEP 4: The Offer We will be in touch shortly after the interview to let you know if you have been successful in securing a role
  • STEP 5: Onboarding You will start your Parker Meggitt Apprenticeship with an onboarding week in September 2026
