The list is produced by board appointments firm Inclusive Boards, in partnership with the Financial Times, and recognises the contributions of pioneering women in industry.
Marina has lead on a number of important initiatives at Meggitt, including high performance culture and diversity and inclusion. She is a founding member of the gender balance employee resource group and is currently the executive sponsor.
The list was officially released at the Inclusive Boards: Women in Engineering Leadership Conference that took place on 22 October 2019. The awards were established to identify female role models who inspire those around them and demonstrate leadership and influence in everything they do.
