We have had great success in the two programmes we launched in 2020, LeadX for high-potential leaders and Spitfire for operations leaders. And we continue to rollout our High Performance Culture programme, to all employees with 70% of employees having attended training sessions.

LEADX - CULTIVATING EXTRAORDINARY LEADERS

The programme takes place over multiple weeks, is aimed at developing leaders’ core skills starting with increased self-awareness and leading self. The programme is grounded in neuroscience and aims to develop leaders to become their best. The design of the program is aligned to our High Performance Culture behaviour elements and focuses on building new habits for effective leadership

SPITFIRE

The Spitfire programme is about increasing the capability and knowledge of our core operations, to develop world-class operational leaders and processes across the company.

 

The programme provide our operations teams with the tools and skills to drive their teams performance, by understanding and using data, developing a network of connections and learning the importance of creating a lean culture.

HIGH PERFORMANCE CULTURE (HPC)

Culture is how we behave, operate and interact together. And it’s our values that we live and breathe: Teamwork, Integrity, Excellence. Our High Performance Culture programme builds on a common set of behaviours and language everyone relates to. A high performing culture makes us more adaptable to change and creates a better place for us to work.

 

Our teams are HPC workshops across our global business, developing our leaders to deploy activities and providing our people with the tools needed to drive sustainable culture change and lasting business benefits at companies.
