Connecting with academics, suppliers and customers, you will develop relationships needed for your international career. Work in a fast paced and cutting-edge environment and you will unlock new potential for you and the business. Join Meggitt and you will be part of a team that enables the extraordinary.
Talk to our graduates and this is why the Meggitt programme stands out…
A week of intensive introductory training will get you off to a flying start.
You will be part of a close-knit community, with individual support from your fellow trainees as from your senior leadership team. Your questions will be answered and you will know who to call when the going gets tough.
At the start of the programme, our most senior engineers and operations experts will match your interests with the right placement for you. At the end of each placement, we’ll work with you to choose the next project. This means you can continue to pursue your ambitions whilst working with the requirements of the business.
For a week between each placement, trainees gather for another round of in-depth training in California or the UK at an engineering centre of excellence.
Graduate contribution makes a big difference to our business. You will bring new thinking to our cutting-edge initiatives. So far, fresh insight from graduates has inspired ideas and solutions that have generated enough revenue to pay for the whole graduate programme for the next ten years.
