To join our team of over 9,000 people at one of our global facilities you should have a degree in one of the following disciplines;

  • Materials engineering
  • Electrical/electronic engineering
  • Systems engineering

  • Industrial engineering

  • Supply chain management

The recruitment process

  2. After the initial screening, you will be invited to a first stage phone interview
  3. You will then progress to a technical phone interview with one of our leaders
  4. The final stage of the recruitment process is an assessment centre / final panel interview
